Dr. Hisham Gadalla is a board-certified pediatrician who has dedicated his life’s work to caring for children. from the first days of life through the school years and beyond. With decades of experience in pediatrics and newborn care, Dr. Gadalla is known for a thoughtful, thorough approach and for partnering closely with parents to help every child grow, thrive, and stay healthy. Dr. Gadalla believes the best care starts with listening. he takes time to understand each child’s needs and each parent’s concerns. He focuses on clear, practical guidance so families leave the office feeling confident about what to do next. Parents appreciate his calm, reassuring style and his commitment to building long-term relationships with the families he serves.

Dr. Gadalla earned his medical degree from Cairo University Medical School and began his pediatric training at major teaching hospitals in Cairo. He then spent many years caring for children and newborns in both Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, gaining extensive experience in everyday pediatrics as well as neonatal care.

After moving to the United States, Dr. Gadalla completed his pediatric residency at The Children’s Hospital at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey.

In 2007, he founded Fayrouz Pediatrics LLC with a simple goal: to create a welcoming medical home where families feel heard, supported, and never rushed. Today, he is proud to serve the community through two convenient office locations in Clifton and Paterson, New Jersey.

Dr. Gadalla is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and maintains certifications. Beyond the office, he believes deeply in giving back and is honored to serve as Head of the Board of Trustees for Africa Relief & Community Development, supporting charitable work that strengthens communities and expands access to essential resources. He travels overseas many times through the years to oversee the organization impact on the devastated communities and do medical mission.
